I don't think that's the case. I didn't have the antennas connected at all and when I did the cables were labeled in by the factory, so it would be really hard to mess them up.

I just did again. I get the same error whether the antennas are plugged in or not. I've attached a picture of the error taken with my phone since it's a BIOS error.

That stinks. Have you tried updating the BIOS version? Possible that could fix the issue.
